• Shift Schedule: Standard 5, 8-Hour 07:30 - 16:00
About the Facility:

General Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
• Perform procedures as permitted by state regulations and NP specialty.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
License & Certifications:
• Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Minnesota.
• National certification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by a recognized certifying body (eg, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners AANP ).
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree focused on an NP specialty (eg, family practice, adult-gerontology, pediatrics).
Experience:
