As a Registered Nurse (RN) working in our outpatient Infusion Centers, you will provide holistic, high-quality nursing care to patients and their families. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care across all treatment stages and follow-up. Scheduling and coordinating patient infusion visits in partnership with provider offices. Triage patients using established pathways, working closely with physicians for symptom management and referrals. Managing a caseload of patients receiving diverse infusion and oral therapies in an outpatient setting. Implementing clinical support programs that optimize care throughout the healthcare continuum.
