Your Role as an Oncology Registered Nurse We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team. Your mission will be to provide excellent nursing care in collaboration with healthcare providers in various clinical settings. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care while utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols. Report directly to the Practice Manager. • Deliver outstanding office-based nursing care in partnership with healthcare providers. • Assess the physical and psychosocial needs of patients and their families, developing comprehensive nursing care plans to ensure seamless continuity of care. • Exhibit independent nursing actions based on assessments and problem identification. • Triage telephone calls, responding with prompt and professional interventions. • Support patients and family members with empathy while upholding confidentiality and privacy. • Willingness to travel to regional offices as needed. Qualifications • Active RN license and current CPR certification. • Preferred: Minimum of three years’ experience in a medical practice. • Familiarity with medical software is a plus.
