A skilled Registered Nurse with Oncology Specialty certification is needed for a contract position based in Encino, CA, with responsibilities floating among several locations. This role focuses on providing expert nursing care within outpatient oncology settings, supporting patients through their treatment journey, and collaborating closely with specialized medical teams. Location: The primary site is in Encino, with additional floating assignments at clinics in Santa Clarita, Porter Ranch, and Burbank. These locations offer a professional healthcare environment situated within well-established communities of Southern California, providing access to diverse patient populations and opportunities for professional growth. Schedule/Hours: • Four 10-hour day shifts per week (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) • Variable days, no weekend shifts required Qualifications and Experience: • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with BSN required • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification mandatory • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in outpatient oncology nursing • CPR certification required • Ability to work flexible schedules and float between multiple clinical sites • Professional demeanor, wearing navy blue scrubs during shifts Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality outpatient oncology nursing care • Support patient education and symptom management throughout treatment cycles • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across multiple clinic locations • Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to clinical protocols • Adapt to floating responsibilities between assigned offices, maintaining continuity of care This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic oncology setting with a focus on professional excellence and patient-centered care.
