YOU WILL • Demonstrate knowledge of age specific care for pediatric, adolescence patient populations. • Possess organizational skills, which include prioritization, planning, assessing, implementing, evaluation, teaching, and delegating. • Demonstrate effective working relationships with employees, physicians and leadership. • Ability to listen and confer with personnel, practitioners, patients, parents and the public. • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member and possesses strong leadership skills. • Demonstrate ability to act efficiently and rationally in any emergency • Clear and detailed knowledge of safety, patient rights, infection control, risk management, equipment usage, and OR standards YOU HAVE Requirements + Qualifications • Current State License to practice as a Registered Nurse • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Knowledge regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (within 60 days of hire) Preferred • Bachelor's degree in nursing • Current Kentucky State Nursing License • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the operating room as a circulator and scrub nurse Benefits • Work with a passionate, dedicated, and talented team in a growing organization committed to doing good • Health insurance, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts, disability coverage and additional voluntary plans • 401k plan, including company match • Paid Time Off • No on call, no holidays, no weekends Medical Specialties • Medical-Surgical • Pediatrics • Surgery Physical Setting • Dental office • Operating room Standard Shift • Day shift Work Location: In person
