Qualifications: • ADN or higher degree in nursing. • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license. • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting. • Preferred: ACLS and PALS certification. • Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures following AORN standards. • Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the Operating Room. • Assist in intra-operative care by fulfilling nursing and technical duties as assigned. • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery. • Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care. Salary Range: $48,920 to $94,690/year.
