Primary Responsibilities:
• Implement patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Document initial assessments, nursing interventions, and patient/facility education and responses.
• Ensure the safe management of all pharmacy and medical supplies while maintaining a clean patient care environment.
• Cultivate professional and courteous relationships with patients' families, coworkers, and surgeons; act as a liaison to coordinate care and services.
• Assist anesthesia personnel with patient induction and care in the operating room.
• Participate in facility compliance activities and collaborate with team members to maintain records and achieve facility goals.
• Keep surgeon’s preference and procedure cards up-to-date.

Hourly pay for this role ranges from $28.27 to $50.48 based on full-time employment and other factors.
