Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Location: Kansas City, MO Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shifts: • Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Compensation & Incentives • Hourly Pay Range: $34.00 – $48.00 (18+ years of experience considered for top rate) • Shift Differential: $4.00/hr (Nights & Weekends) • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Facility Overview A large, full-service acute care hospital in the Kansas City metro area is seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to join its surgical services team. The facility offers a comprehensive range of specialty services and is part of a multi-hospital healthcare system committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Summary The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides direct perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This role requires strong scrub and/or circulating experience and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the surgical and anesthesia teams.
