If you're as passionate about helping patients as we are and want the opportunity to embark on a new adventure, then take a look at what we have currently available. • Anticipated start date: ASAP • Salary Range: $2,410/week • Anticipated duration of this contract assignment: 13 weeks • Anticipated schedule: 7am - 7pm • Enjoy peace of mind knowing you'll receive Day One Medical Benefits • Gain valuable professional experience and explore a new geographic region Your Daily Responsibilities: • Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans • Serves as the communication liaison to family and members of the operating team • Takes and monitors patients’ vital signs • Ensures that the correct operation to occur is completed on the correct patient • Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications • Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse • Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol • Preps operating room for patient/procedure • Other duties performed as required What You’ll Need to Qualify for this Role: • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices • 2 years of OR experience required • Must be a strong circulator • NO first-time travelers • BLS required • Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information • Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional Submit your resume to us today for consideration and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch within 24 business hours.
