Pay Range: $33.50 - $46.50 (Actual pay rate dependent upon experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver patient care by assessing physician prescriptions, communicating the care plan, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Develop comprehensive nursing care plans through patient evaluation and medical history assessment.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication management, and self-care techniques.
• Evaluate patient care based on therapeutic standards while adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Ensure a safe care environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in records.
• Maintain patient care equipment and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Stay proficient in nursing skills as per leadership guidelines.
Qualifications
Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state upon hire.
Preferred: 1-3 years of clinical experience.
