Your Role as a Registered Nurse
• Lead patient care by supervising treatments, conducting assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing concerns to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families to better understand and meet their unique needs during recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and deliver direct patient assistance as needed.
• Act as a resource and support for fellow nursing staff, addressing complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate the achievements and milestones of our patients.
Qualifications
• Active RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
