This contract position calls for proficiency in the nursing process to deliver direct patient care that prioritizes safety and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual needs and responses.
• Ensure patient-centered, timely, and efficient care while collaborating closely with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed or according to established protocols.
• Identify and address patient and family education needs throughout the care episode.
• Provide clinical supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and assistive personnel.
