Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room with a strong focus on neuroscience. This contract position offers a dynamic role that requires expertise in neuro surgical procedures, delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare operating rooms for neuro surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterile and ready.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals during surgeries to provide efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document intraoperative details accurately.
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and hospital protocols.
• Participate in call rotations, including weekday and weekend coverage, to support surgical teams when needed.
Qualifications:
• Active RN license with proven experience in Operating Room nursing.
• Demonstrated strong neuro surgical experience is required.
• Ability to work long shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to participate in one weekday and one weekend on-call rotation per month (weekend call shifts are 24 hours, from Friday 3 PM to Monday 7 AM).
Schedule:
• Shift hours: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM
• On-call: One weekday per week and one weekend a month, including 24-hour weekend call.
