An experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Operating Room is needed to serve as an OR Circulator in Globe, AZ. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as an OR Circulator for a variety of surgeries including orthopedic, general, eye, podiatry, gynecology, pain management, urology, neurosurgery, and hand surgeries. • Assist with surgeries involving advanced equipment such as the Da Vinci robotic system. • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols in the operating room. • Collaborate closely with surgical teams to provide seamless patient care. • Maintain readiness to support up to 10 shifts per month during Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM hours. Desired Experience and Qualifications: • Current RN license with proven experience in the Operating Room. • Comfortable and proficient with neurosurgery cases. • Skilled in managing various surgical specialties and use of robotic technology. • Ability to work independently and adapt to schedule modifications. Additional Requirements: • Flu vaccine mandatory with no exceptions. • Candidates must live outside a 100-mile radius of the hospital. • Restriction on time off with a maximum of 3 requested days off during the contract. • Facility reserves the right to cancel shifts with no guarantee of hours beyond scheduled assignments.
