Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety standards. • Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery, promptly recognizing and responding to changes. • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to facilitate seamless surgical operations. • Maintain surgical equipment and inventory, ensuring readiness and compliance with guidelines. • Participate in call rotations including overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage, enhancing team responsiveness.
