Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care in a 15-suite Operating Room unit. • Participate in complex surgeries across specialties such as Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Plastics, Trauma, Urology, Gynecology, and General Surgery. • Operate and assist with advanced surgical technologies including DaVinci, MAKO, and Mazor robotic systems. • Maintain compliance with AORN standards and hospital policies. • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety. • Access Meditech documentation systems for accurate patient records. • Respond to on-call requirements by being available to report to the department within 30 minutes. Qualifications / Desired Experience: • Current, active RN license. • Advanced skills in perioperative nursing, with experience in robotic-assisted surgeries highly valued. • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). • Ability to work varied schedules based on unit needs.
