Responsibilities:
• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures by maintaining aseptic technique.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate care when necessary during surgery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Document surgical procedures and nursing care accurately and timely.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active RN licensure in the state.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in Operating Room settings.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient care standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
