Job Description
A Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience is needed for a contract role in Keene, NH. This opportunity focuses on surgical care in a dynamic environment, working alongside a team skilled in a variety of surgical specialties including endocrine, breast, oncology, gastrointestinal, colorectal, and hepatobiliary procedures.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Active RN license with a New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (mandatory for submission).
• Strong preference for candidates with scrub experience; both scrub and RN candidates will be prioritized.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced and high-stress operating room environments.
• Willingness to adhere strictly to a fixed block schedule without exceptions for shift accommodations.
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist in surgical procedures within the operating room.
• Support a team of surgeons and healthcare professionals across various surgical specialties.
• Maintain surgical asepsis and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members, patients, and other medical staff to provide comprehensive surgical care.
