Key Responsibilities: • Serve as an RN circulator in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and supporting surgical teams. • Flexibly float to procedural areas such as pain management and interventional radiology when needed. • Participate in on-call rotation with weekend availability, supporting emergent surgical needs. • Adhere to facility policies and maintain compliance with clinical standards and protocols. Desired Experience and Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year experience as an OR circulator with a focus on orthopedics, OB/GYN including C-sections, and general surgery. • Two or more years of OR nursing experience preferred. • EPIC electronic health record experience strongly preferred. • Current Kansas RN license along with AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. • Prior travel nursing experience is a plus. • Must be nicotine-free and able to comply with the client’s local radius policy (within a 60-mile radius). Schedule and Contract Details: • Days, four 10-hour shifts per week with variable start times. • On-call shifts approximately eight per month, including some weekends. • Rotating holiday coverage required. • Contract position with virtual orientation provided weekly.
