A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This role requires an experienced RN to support surgical teams with precision and patient-centered care in a fast-paced operating room environment. Qualifications / Desired Experience: • Active RN license • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Operating Room • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications • Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility • Strong critical thinking and communication skills Responsibilities: • Prepare operating room with sterile environment and necessary supplies • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs during procedures • Monitor patients' details and vital signs throughout surgery • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control guidelines • Document care and communicate post-operative instructions accurately Schedule / Hours: • Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, weekdays Location: This position is based in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, a vibrant community known for its scenic beauty near the Ozark Mountains.
