A Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience is needed for a contract position starting within the next 3-4 weeks. This role requires versatile skills in General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Trauma, and ENT nursing, with pediatric experience preferred. The position involves variable shifts, including options like 3x12-hour or 4x10-hour schedules, along with rotating days off and on-call responsibilities. Flexibility is essential due to an evolving weekly schedule without guaranteed set days. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the operating room. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. • Manage and respond to on-call duties as scheduled. • Adapt to various specialty cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT surgeries. • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Desired Experience: • Current Registered Nurse licensure. • Proven OR nursing experience in General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Trauma, and ENT procedures. • Pediatric surgical experience is a plus. • Ability to work variable schedules and fulfill call requirements. • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. Schedule: • Day shifts primarily on a 4x10-hour schedule (06:30 - 17:00) with flexibility for other shift options. • Rotating days off and on-call rotation to be discussed during interview.
