A skilled Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise is needed to provide high-quality perioperative care at a well-established medical center in Window Rock, AZ. This contract role offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, plus on-call duties approximately one overnight per week and one weekend every five weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in the operating room based on current best practices.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures with precision and attention to patient safety.
• Occasionally float to other qualified departments, performing tasks such as patient care or support duties like answering call lights and phones.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and participate in orientation programs held on Mondays.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of two years recent experience in operating room nursing with applicable circular experience.
• Valid certifications including American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to assume on-call shifts and float to other departments as needed.
