About the Role As an OR RN (Scrub & Circulate), you will: • Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care • Circulate and scrub ENT cases after training • Support procedures ranging from ear tubes and tonsillectomies to advanced ENT surgeries like stapendectomies, thyroidectomies, inspire cases and everything in between • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes • Utilize strong critical-thinking and assessment skills across all age groups • Contribute to a culture of accountability, kindness, and excellence Qualifications ✔ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing ✔ Active Ohio RN license ✔ 2–3 years of Operating Room experience or critical care preferred ✔ ASC and/or ENT experience a plus ✔ Pediatric experience highly valued ✔ Strong IV skills, organization, and attention to detail ✔ Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Compensation & Benefits $30.00 – $44.87 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with hra and fsa • 401(k) with employer automatic contributions • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Life & disability insurance • Flexible spending accounts • Referral program • Free parking and scrubs • Profit-sharing Additional Details • COVID-19 vaccination required • On-site position • Must be able to reliably commute to Columbus, OH 43214 or relocate prior to start Ready to Join a Team That Truly Values OR Nurses?
