A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician. Key Responsibilities Conduct utilization reviews to assess medical necessity and policy compliance Apply clinical expertise and guidelines to support utilization decisions and consult with physician advisors as needed Collaborate with care management and interdisciplinary teams to promote timely care coordination Required Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in WA, OR, ID, or UT Minimum of three years of utilization management or behavioral health care management experience At least three years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting Experience with higher-acuity levels of care, including inpatient and residential programs
