Job Description
A company is looking for a Virtual Medical Control (VMC) Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered, high-quality acute care to individuals with complex medical needs
Collaborate with mobile integrated healthcare clinicians and document patient encounters in the medical record
Participate in operational or clinical meetings and provide feedback to improve care delivery
Required Qualifications
Master of Science (M.S) in Nursing required; Doctoral Nursing preferred
Five years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine required
Experience caring for medically and socially complex patients required
Active Nurse Practitioner License and board certification in Family Practice, Acute Care, or Adult-Gerontology required
Current DEA registration and BLS Certification required
