A company is looking for a Mobile Health Coordinator in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and complete accurate patient intakes for referrals
Assign visits to paramedic partners based on geography and availability, and monitor visit progression
Assist the nursing team with non-clinical administrative support and maintain communication with dispatchers and paramedics
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Five years of professional work experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year of remote work experience
Customer service experience in a healthcare call center setting required
Process improvement experience required
Experience in an urgent care, emergency, or home care setting preferred
