Charge Nurse (RN) – Direct Hire _ Tulsa, OK Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: • Hourly Pay Range: $36.47 – $56.53 • Relocation Assistance: Available (for candidates living outside a 71-mile radius) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care while supporting patient flow, staffing, and clinical standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining continuity of care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting interdisciplinary collaboration within a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate nursing activities to maintain continuity of care and patient throughput • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans using the nursing process • Administer medications and treatments; continuously assess patient responses • Participate in discharge planning and provide patient/family education • Support and guide nursing staff in care delivery and documentation • Respond effectively to patient emergencies and crisis situations • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies • Investigate patient and staff concerns and complete variance reports • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education Required Qualifications: • Active RN License (Multi-state or State of Oklahoma) • 1–2 years of related nursing experience • Orthopedic and Neurology experience required • Circulating experience in Neuro and Ortho cases required • Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Preferred Qualifications: • CNOR certification preferred • Epic EMR experience a plus • Stable employment history Education • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Degree)
