As an Orthopedic Registered Nurse, you will thrive in a collaborative environment alongside interdisciplinary teams focused on patient-centered care. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will employ evidence-based practices in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies. Your expertise in the nursing process will help develop personalized care plans that address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families. We are excited to staff our brand new, state-of-the-art 21-bed inpatient Orthopedic Unit. Qualifications • BSN preferred. • Current RN license in the state of Connecticut. • Previous RN experience required. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. • Self-directed in managing patient care. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Independent problem-solving capabilities. • Orthopedic or surgical experience is preferred.
