Job Summary and Qualifications
In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental requirements and state standards. Working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team, you'll deliver personalized and compassionate care while adhering to established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Your advocacy for patients and families will reflect our organization's core values and enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
• Evaluate the patient's condition during admission and regular shifts, identifying and reporting any changes promptly.
• Carry out medical orders, monitoring patient status accurately and documenting care in medical records effectively.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and proactively address their concerns to ensure a high level of service.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications to ensure thorough understanding.
What qualifications you will need:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
