As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and oversee nursing care for pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with physician orders, applicable laws, and agency policies. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals to create a seamless continuum of care, ensuring that our patients receive the best support possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality clinical services while adhering to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient/client care from admission through discharge.
• Conduct thorough clinical nursing assessments in line with federal and state program requirements.
• Verify patient/client eligibility and medical necessity for services as mandated by payers.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in partnership with community providers.
• Adjust plans of care to adequately meet patients' needs, obtaining physician approval when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work in diverse home environments without bias towards clients' backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
• One or more years of RN experience, particularly in pediatrics.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
The pay range for this position is between $28.27 and $50.48 per hour, based on full-time employment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401k contributions, equity stock options, and various incentive programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
