Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, services, and health education to our nursing home residents. • Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. • Administer safe and accurate medication interventions for residents. • Assess residents’ health status and promptly communicate any changes to physicians. • Develop and implement care plans based on assessments. • Select suitable nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications. • Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state. • CPR certification.
