Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care for our residents. • Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. • Administer accurate medication-related interventions. • Assess resident health and notify physicians of any changes; promptly carry out new orders. • Develop and implement care plans based on assessments. • Select and institute appropriate interventions to stabilize or improve a resident's condition. • Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of care plans. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state. • CPR certification.
