A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Pre/Post-Operative care. This role is ideal for RNs who excel in providing attentive, high-quality nursing care in surgical and post-surgical environments. You will work in a dynamic setting ensuring patient safety and comfort during critical recovery periods. Responsibilities include: • Delivering skilled nursing care to patients in the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Units. • Monitoring patient status, including vital signs and responsiveness, while managing pain and post-operative symptoms. • Collaborating with surgical teams and anesthesiologists to support effective patient recovery. • Documenting care accurately and communicating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications or Desired Experience: • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Experience in PACU or Pre/Post-Operative nursing preferred. • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Schedule/Hours: • 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. • On-call availability for after-hours support.
