PACU Nurse (RN) - South Burlington, VT in Burlington, VT

A Registered Nurse with Perianesthesia Care Unit (RN-PACU) experience is sought for a contract assignment in South Burlington, VT. This role focuses on delivering age-specific, direct patient care within established nursing and specialty care standards. The nurse will utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive care and assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation to other team members. Ensuring compliance with all pertinent State and Federal healthcare regulations is essential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current RN licensure with PACU experience
• Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) prior to the start of the assignment; if certifications are not current, a course must be booked before clinical orientation
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and patient care standards
• Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks within a healthcare setting
• Ability to comply with state and federal healthcare regulations and policies
