Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient condition and identify nursing diagnoses to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver direct nursing care consistent with established standards, including monitoring recovery from anesthesia
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective patient care
• Supervise nursing staff activities and delegate tasks to support optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families, providing information about care and post-discharge plans

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid in the state of Oregon (required)
• Certification in CPR/BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (required)
