Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting individuals with Depression and PTSD. Reporting to the Medical Director, your core responsibilities will include patient assessment, catheterization, and IV insertion, while utilizing EHR systems for accurate documentation. Your premium skills in critical care and experience with IV infusion will enhance our team's capabilities. Additionally, your effective communication skills and knowledge of physiology will ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, catheterization, and IV insertion and monitoring during infusion. • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking. • Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as prescribed. • start and monitor TMS machine. You will be trained on site for this skill. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, particularly for those coming in for IV Ketamine. • Maintain effective communication with patients and families to ensure understanding of care processes and support.
