Position Overview The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a vital member of our caregiving team, providing personalized nursing care and daily assistance to residents in long-term care. Under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN), you will deliver age-appropriate care tailored to each resident's physical and emotional needs. Your Responsibilities Include: • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. • Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident interactions. • Communicating any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff. • Supporting residents during meals and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in living areas. • Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs. Qualifications We seek candidates who: • Are high school graduates or hold a GED (preferred but not mandatory). • Are at least 16 years old. • Have prior clinical or nursing assistant experience (preferred). • Possess or are in the process of obtaining Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Ongoing education is essential, and you will need to complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education annually.
