Facility: GSS ND Mandan Sunset Location: 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Part Time Weekly Hours: 12.00 Pay Info: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will use your nursing skills to provide tailored care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting assessments and working with residents and their families to implement and evaluate individualized care plans. • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for all residents. • Coordinating care and facilitating resident education on health maintenance and treatment options. • Taking on the role of charge nurse as needed, delegating tasks to both licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel based on their competencies and the needs of our residents. You will work within the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act and the Standards of Practice established by the American Nurses Association, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of nursing care. Qualifications • A graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing being highly regarded. • Must hold a valid, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Willingness to maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
