Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care. • Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. • Providing education and support to residents and their families. • Coordinating care and performing various nursing interventions. • May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as needed.
