Function as a team member with other departments using an interdisciplinary approach to assure quality resident care. SUPERVISES: Assists with the supervision of Nursing Staff. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa required. • Regular attendance is required. • Previous supervising experience preferred. • Working knowledge of Federal & State long-term care regulations and laws required. • CPR certification required. • Required to work a flexible schedule as needed and requested. • Computer experience or interest in learning computer skills. • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
