Salary Range: $26.00 - $48.00

Sign On Bonus: $5,000 Available

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is essential in utilizing the nursing process to provide tailored care for residents. You will collaborate with residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting comprehensive resident assessments.
• Implementing relevant nursing interventions.
• Providing education and support to residents and their families.
• Acting as charge nurse when needed and delegating tasks appropriately to ensure optimal patient care.

As an RN, you will adhere to the nursing practice standards and provide skilled care throughout all phases of health and wellness.

Qualifications
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is a plus.
• Must hold a valid, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure if applicable.
• Required to maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
