Facility: GSS ND Park River Location: Park River, ND Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts Job Schedule: Part-time Weekly Hours: 24.00 Salary Range: $26.00 - $48.00 Pay Info: $5,000 Sign-On Available Job Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will leverage the nursing process-assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation-to deliver personalized nursing care to our residents. You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary team, including providers, to ensure comprehensive care. Your role involves providing quality preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment while overseeing the coordination of resident care, assessments, and education. You may take on the responsibilities of a charge nurse, effectively delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring all care delivered meets the highest standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding nursing practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and administrative regulations specific to our facility. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is a plus. • Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure if applicable. • Commitment to maintaining required competencies and certifications is essential.
