Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Per-Diem Registered Nurse, you'll be essential in promoting the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key functions will include:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and crafting personalized care plans
• Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies
• Continuously monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical histories
• Providing wound care and addressing other nursing interventions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Leading Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care
