Facility: GSS MN Blackduck Northern Pines Location: Blackduck, MN Address: 172 Summit Ave W, Blackduck, MN 56630, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Part time Weekly Hours: 12.00 Salary Range: $38.00 - $48.00 Pay Info: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is key in delivering individualized nursing care to residents through the nursing process which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team including providers to ensure comprehensive care. This role involves providing care in all aspects of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment while being responsible for resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions. This position may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel based on their skills and the resident's needs. Ensure that safe and effective care is delivered by supporting and guiding your teammates. Our nursing practice adheres to the scopes and standards as dictated by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules. We uphold the standards of practice and Code of Ethics as defined by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications We prefer candidates who have graduated from an accredited nursing program, such as those recognized by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education or similar accrediting bodies. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is a plus. You must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you will practice, and if applicable, a multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
