Key Responsibilities in Medical Operations & Clinical Duties • Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) Shots for delivering vital vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. • Educate clients about the benefits and features of our IV Drip and IM Shot ingredients. • Provide Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions. • Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness. • Promote memberships and medical services tailored to client needs. • Document client visits accurately using electronic medical records. • Address client inquiries using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide, under the supervision of the Medical Director and our network of licensed Advanced Practice Providers. • Communicate any client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team. • Deliver therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service. • Assist colleagues with various store services. • Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects. • Report to the Lead Nurse while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Qualities That Will Help You Thrive as a Restore Nurse • You hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. • You possess at least two years of experience in an acute care setting (such as ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar). • You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. • You have at least one year of experience administering injections. • You are familiar with electronic medical records for effective documentation. • You exhibit a non-judgmental attitude and can connect with a diverse clientele. • Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exemplary. • You value ethics and integrity at work. • You thrive in a collaborative team environment but also excel when working independently. • You are willing to adhere to all policies and procedures, understanding the importance of medical compliance.
