Facility: Sheldon Medical Center Location: 118 N 7th Ave, Sheldon, IA 51201, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: Part Time Weekly Hours: 20.00 Salary Range: $33.50 - $48.00 • Sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants! • Work 12-hour shifts, with every 3rd weekend rotation. • Opportunity to train in Emergency Department/Obstetrics. • Be a part of a supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. • Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. • Provide empathetic care for patients in all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. • Demonstrate nursing competency and utilize your comprehensive expertise. Qualifications: • Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's Degree preferred). • Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Maintain required department specific competencies and certifications.
