Position Summary: As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating pre- and post-anesthesia patient care. You will work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission.
• Develop individualized care plans based on identified needs and problems.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Continuously evaluate and modify care plans based on patient response.
• Support the training of new staff members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license in Tennessee.
• ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to taking call).
• At least one year of experience in PACU Phase 1 or 2, CCU, or Emergency Room.
• BLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to function independently and under pressure, demonstrating flexibility in care settings.
