Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our incredible team. This role involves providing compassionate care to patients who require close monitoring and detailed assessments. In this capacity, you will have the autonomy to make clinical judgments and manage patient treatments effectively.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Collecting comprehensive health data about each patient.
• Advocating for patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Using clinical judgment to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.
• Monitoring critical vital signs to intervene in life-threatening situations.
• Educating patients and their families about medications, procedures, and treatments.

Job Requirements:
• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation).
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of starting.
• 1+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
