The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in addressing the complete nursing needs of our residents, while actively embracing our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

A day in your role will include:
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while promoting engagement in the residents' daily life activities.
• Conducting comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating and supervising the plan of care as needed, ensuring high standards of resident care.
• Coordinating assignments with care partners and maintaining accountability for resident satisfaction and care.

Schedule: Part-Time - Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM

Compensation: $40-$48/hour based on experience, along with a $2-$3 shift differential*

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
• A current RN license in the relevant state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute environments.
