Part-Time Registered Nurse - Surgery in Sioux Center, IA

Salary Range: $33.50 - $48.00

As a part of your role, you will:
• Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on empathy and support during all stages of treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to evaluate and improve care delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families.
• Utilize your nursing expertise to adapt to the fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Participate actively in planning and coordinating patient care.

We offer a supportive and flexible work environment with on-call requirements every third weekend and cover one to two nights per week. We value your growth as a professional and provide the necessary tools for success.

Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
